Honours Awards
The Institute offers up to six $3,120 scholarships per year to students
to undertake one year of research towards a BSc(Hons) degree.
Applications must be submitted electronically to the Chair of the Higher Degrees Committee by 5pm Friday,
February 8, 2008. Applications must include a Curriculum Vitae and a web transcipt of academic results to date, preferably as a .pdf file.
Applicants are advised of the outcome of their application early in March each year.
**Awards are made on the basis of academic merit, with emphasis on results
in the most recent year of study.
Students need to have attained a GPA > 5.0 to apply
Acceptance as a BSc(Hons) student at QIMR does not depend on the award of a scholarship.
