The Weekend to End Women's Cancers™ is an epic 2-day, 60km walk to raise money for women’s cancer research and treatments at the Queensland Institute of Medical Research and Royal Brisbane Women’s’ Hospital.
It’s a Weekend you’ll never forget. It’s a Weekend to remember those lives we have lost to breast or gynaecological cancer, and a Weekend to celebrate the lives we are saving.
Proceeds from The Weekend will support groundbreaking, critical cancer research at QIMR. QIMR researchers are working to develop accurate diagnostics as well as new, targeted treatments and much more.
Your funds will also help Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, home of Queensland’s largest Cancer Care Service, purchase vital pieces of equipment and fund world-class clinical research conducted at the hospital.
