Research support and facilities

QIMR researchers are supported by a Scientific Services group who are responsible for the provision of research support in key operational areas and specialist facilities, including high-quality reagents and consumables, sterile glassware, the care of animals used as research models and the provision of core research facilities including:

DNA sequencing and fragment analysis
Flow cytometry and imaging
HistoTechnology
The production of synthetic peptides
Translational research (Q-Gen)
