Endometrial cancer is also known as cancer of the womb or uterus. It is the most common gynaecological cancer, and Australian women have a 1 in 53 risk of being diagnosed with endometrial cancer before their 85th birthday. Each year, there are approximately 2,000 new cases and 300 deaths from endometrial cancer in Australia.

Our research focuses on:

  • Investigating genetic and environmental risk factors for endometrial cancer development.
  • Identifying factors that influence outcomes, both survival and quality of life, for women diagnosed with endometrial cancer.
